Link building is crucial for every blog and website. After two months of launching Addictive Geek (my blog), I decided to submit it to as many web directories as possible—focusing on the free ones. I ended up with around 110 directories. To filter the best from the rest, I used SeoWeather’s online tool to check the Page Authority (PA), Domain Authority (DA), and PageRank (PR) of these directories. I eliminated directories with a PA or DA of less than 20 and those with a PR of N/A. This left me with 46 high-quality, free, manually-edited, and regularly updated web directories.
